If you are not pleased with your Vintage purchase, simply contact the Shop Owner by email within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost. The Owner will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
You must ship the item back to Old & Vain Vintage within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
After the shop owner verifies the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
If the carrier loses or damages a package to the extent of ruining the piece , a claim will be filed with that carrier for money to be returned to customer but the item can not be replaced/ reshipped. Our store only stocks of one each item due to the rareness. For this reason, we require a signature at delivery time and extra insurance on several pieces in our store. Any loss of an item is tragic to us both personally and financially because some of the pieces may never be seen again, anywhere.
We apologize for rigid return/refund policy but is for the protection of both Old & Vain Vintage LLC and the customer. Many vintage/antique seller's do not accept returns at all do to the age , rareness & potential mishandling of items. But we feel Our policy is fair to both buyer and seller especially when purchasing online. No Returns/Refunds issued if items were picked up and viewed in Person.

* Prices are firm on all items. Please read the descriptions and review detailed pics before purchasing. We point out any visible wear non-consistent with age in the description and take detailed close-up pics under bright light that make flaws sometimes look more drastic than they are but need to bring to the attention of shoppers. Old & Vain is very honest about the condition of all vintage items to prevent buyer remorse, and do not sell anything in poor condition for its age. Please "Contact Us" if you need more info on an item before buying.
* Dates in item descriptions are approximated thru years of research, decades of collecting experience, living through the time, or speaking with original owner. If a date is off, this is unintentional.
* Occasionally we add new purse straps to handbags for sturdiness or style enhancement.
We Sometimes get creative and refabricate, add one vintage piece to another.
*Clasps may have been replaced on necklaces, but all KNOWN changes will be noted in the description.
*For hygiene, all earrings have been cleaned well & post style earring backings have been replaced with new hypoallergic type Or new Sterling. *Some of the metals used to make vintage earrings and necklaces are unknown to us, so if you have skin allergies, please do not purchase.
